Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
  • All orders from within the continental United States are shipped via USPS Ground for a flat fee of $5.00 for lighter products and $8.95 for heavier products.

  • The KDL Online Store does not fill orders internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.  

  • In-stock merchandise is shipped from Michigan and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Pick up available for no charge at the KDL Service Center: 814 West River Center Drive NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321

Lost or Stolen Packages
The KDL Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the entered address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise with your receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund, which will be made in the same form as the original payment.

  • The item returned must be in its original product packaging and in salable condition.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  

  • All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.  Returns may also be dropped off at the KDL Service Center during business hours.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
